โค๏ธThis is one of the most anticipated events at QMY! During this event we will flow through an All-Levels yoga practice to relax and get into our bodies, followed by a Breathwork Journey to open our hearts and ground in love. And after all of that goodness we get to enjoy a buffet brunch.
๐งกPLUS the best part is we are raising money for an amazing cause! A portion of the proceeds will go to the South Texas Equality Project LGBTQ+ Initiative Scholarships.
