Seeking Transgender & Gender Expansive Retirees

Seeking Transgender & Gender Expansive Retirees for a paid research study _____________________________________________________ Participants will first complete an online survey with an informed consent form and demographics questionnaire that takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. They will also complete a Zoom call lasting approximately 90 minutes with a trained researcher to complete an experiential activity (a career timeline) and semi-structured interview. The interview will include questions about participants’ experiences as a transgender and/or gender expansive older adult with the retirement process. Participants will be asked about their feelings about and experiences of the retirement process in the context of gender, age, social support, and other factors.    

Individuals who complete the survey and Zoom call (including the experiential activity and interview) can receive a $25 electronic Visa gift card by providing a valid email address at which the gift card may be sent.
